Volume too low - but all settings are maxed

Could be the video volume level when it was recorded. Check the video player audio settings also in addition to the Windows settings.

Wow! I fixed it, thanks for the information. I did not find video sounds on this HP Vista computer; however when I arrived at sounds, I clicked surround sound, and it worked. I am doing a happy dance,not an easy thing for a 78 year old. The sound has been low,since I first installed the computer.
I love fixing stuff. You made me happy, plus I can now see some dog training videos from a great trainer.
