[SOLVED] Vostro 7500

I have a new Dell 10750h laptop
I7-7500h ,NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1650 Ti 4GB GDDR6 , 16 GB Ram, Windows 10 Pro.
Whenever I open an application, 1 or two cores go to 90C + for 1 or 2 seconds (core temp version 1.16) at less than 50% load.
By applications I'm talking about Firefox, Thunderbird, excel,etc not games. Is this normal behavior.
Dell power is set to "cool"

These momentary spikes are normal.
