Ok, 16,500 was just an estimate from the House Ways and Means committee. It could be much more after it's all said and done. The health care law mandates the IRS be the enforcment arm. They are obviously going to have to hire more "muscle" to take on this task. So, you are right, it could be much more than 16,500. Thanks for pointing that out.
