VP2780-4K is a good monitor?

Tom's Hardware gave it an Editor's Choice back in a 2015 review, so I'd say yes. They concluded that the fast response time (measured in milliseconds or "ms") made it an excellent gaming monitor. You can read the entire review here:

I'm surprised that Viewsonic hasn't updated that model however and still has it for sale. Usually after two years or so most monitor makers will update their model line with a newer model. But it's still a fine choice for 4K and gaming. I hope you have the graphics card hardware to run it because you'll surely need it to maintain 60FPS in AAA games!

INTEL 5820 HASWELL(in the next couple of months it will be i9-7940X or so)
x99 motherboard(i got already the TAICHI XE LGA 2066 Intel X299 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 ATX Intel in preparation for the skylake-x)
memory 64 gb
video card titan xp

If you need more details to add tell me what do you need to know

Okay so no CPU bottleneck. With the exception of two games that I know if, you can get by with a GTX 1080 Ti and exceed 60FPS in games at 4k. Those games are Destiny 2 and Dues Ex. And you do realize that the Titan X and 1080 Ti are just about equal in game performance, right? The Star Wars theme does not make the Titan XP faster than the Titan X.

With the skylake-x my pc will be monstrous. Right now i can't afford 1500 dollars for the i9 7940X so it will take little bit time to replace my haswell i7 5820 but it's also a good cpu

hehe i didn't buy it man..i got the regular titan xp..the titan xp collector's edition is only a different design. thats all. Titan xp with a waterblock eats the 1080 ti without salt.

ofcourse the titan is very expensive and compare to what you get from the 1080 ti and pay for it and the amount you pay for the titan,it's better to buy the 1080 ti. i have a scratch in the head..i prefer to buy the most expensive even though it doesn't mean always that it's the best

That's a bad itch, lol. If you look at some of the benchmarks in the above link, the Titan XP can actually be *slower* than a 1080 Ti. Tom's Hardware review found similar results with this example: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/nvidia-titan-xp,5066-4.html - it's your money to burn bro!

But it won't matter for long for either GPU, as next year's Volta is going to destroy both:wahoo:. My guess is that the GTX 2080 (assuming they keep the same series nomenclature for each new generation) will be equal to or a little faster than a 1080 Ti. And only God knows what the Volta's Titan will be or the 2080 Ti.
