Is it possible to restrict use of vpn on particular android app by the application provider, if yes then what is the possible way to bypass it and access with vpn.

I don't know what provider you're using but you should definitely change house an go for the top-notch providers. ExpressVPN, NordPVN and others aren't easy to block for example!

I would imagine that it is entirely possible for that sort of limit to be placed.

It's also entirely within the rights of a developer to set the limits on how their work product can be used.

If that's not satisfactory, search for another app.

Yes it is possible. But it would require altering the stack which isn't easy to do and requires an extremely seasoned programmer to bypass the standard network API stack.

However, any app writer can put in code to return your TRUE IP if they suspect abuse. And even though you are going through the VPN, the app can query your local WAN address and return that to a central server.

One of the security holes in Firefox years ago was even though you were using a VPN, you could force it through Javascript to return your true IP. You can also finger print a device by querying its setup which can be used similar to a cookie without the actual cookie.
