Okay so I am looking to buy my friend a game called staxle. Game says it needs 8gb of ram and at least 500mb of Vram. My friends computer has an intel celeron n2840 CPU which has 64mb of dedicated Vram but 1792mb of Total available graphics memory. With that would she be able to run the game even if its not 500mb dedicated vram?

The PC you are installing this game on is rather old and weak, and the far below the minimum requirements, as mentioned above. I doubt that your friend will be able to play this game without at least investing in a GPU. Even at that, the CPU is probably too slow.

we know that it will not run well hardly at all, But would it not even be slightly playable ? Upgrading her laptop is not possible so we have to work with what we have! Shes got 8gbs of ram and while only a duel core it does run at 2.5ghz. As far as playing on the lowest settings would it not be possible at all?

Edit: Wanted to add! We can play and run games like Civ 5 and minecraft with in playable FPS.

What FPS would you consider not playable though ?

Well do you think 15-20 will be possible? We are used to low FPS so
