VRel & VOp in GPU-Z?

This is the Witcher 3 in my 980 Asus Strix
The perfcap is bothering me
It says both VRel & VOP
I have a Xfx Xtr 750 as a psu.

Is this a problem? I had never even seen Perf Cap as a measure in GPU-Z before.

VRel is just an indicator that performance has capped because you've reached the maximum reliable voltage, VOP means you've reached the maximum operating voltage, both are completely normal.

Yeah, it's completely normal, you can only raise where the card caps by upping the voltage or power target, but the card will always cap eventually. VRel and VOP are in place so a video card doesn't boost indefinitely until it kills itself.
