I have an bad 3+1 phase vrm and it lowers the voltage to the 0.845. In my country i cannot find or buy heatsink for it. what should i do?

Solution
Cheapest fix: set case fan blowing air over it. It improves VRM's cooling and it might solve your issue. Also, clean the VRM of any dust since dust is great heat catcher.

you had an gtx 1060 3 gb

Yes, i had it in the beginning, since back in 2016, when i bought initial parts my Skylake build, GTX 1060 3 GB was value king regarding GPUs. Also, it's good GPU to play @ 1080p with comfortable 60 FPS on high/ultra settings (depending on a game). But since i upgraded my monitor to 144 Hz one, i also upgraded my GPU to match it.

i can get it for like 135 bucks

I don't know about the pricing on 2nd hand market but you can look towards GTX 1650S for similar price with a bit better performance than GTX 1060 3 GB and extra 1GB of VRAM, total of 4 GB of VRAM,

The main downside of GTX 1060 3 GB is it's somewhat small VRAM amount. GTX 1060 6 GB would be better option, if you can find one.
