VS 550 for this PC?

I would like to know if the power supply is good enough for this build and if not, why scan would use it?

550w is fine. what you should be worried about is the quality of the PSU. and there is no way to know since it doesn't specify the power supply make/model.

Wait till the 5th as that 7700k will become worth less then 200. Wait for the 6 core coffee lake CPU's. Even the i5-8600k 6 core should be faster than the 7700K.

I would never put that in that PC. Very low quality but they use it because it's cheap.
Their also using the cheapest motherboard they could get a H110.

Not for me. Under "Other Motherboard Specifications" it says "PSU Wattage: 550 W"

no need to be shy about it. It's literally plug and play. everything is labeled. and youtube videos galore that are more than detailed enough to explain anything. and it wouldn't hurt to learn now so that you can save yourself the money and trouble down the road when you can put it together yourself and fix it yourself without paying someone else.
