Am desperately looking for OLD KWORLD X-Pert DVD Maker PCI Card VS-L883D driver. Recent drivers give terrible VGA quality.

I completely un-unstapled previous driver and re installed the driver that was downloaded from the suggested site. Video quality is still the same as previous, extremely poor.

I obtained the V-Stream Xpert DVD Maker 883 (VS-L883D) PCI card about 5+ years ago.
PowerProducer is used to capture Video from VCR.
Operating System Window XP Pro SP2.
Celeron 1.6GHz CPU
2GB Ram

Any more suggestions.
