Hello, I been having problems with Metro 2033 I have recently downloaded from steam, when I run the game it runs well but without vsync enabled it has screen tearing and if I force vsync on nvidia control panel it works but it cuts my fps to 30 whenever my card cant handle 60 fps, usually I solve this problem on other games like crysis 2 and so by using D3D Overrider to force vsyn and triple buffer but with metro 2033 it simply doesnt start if i have D3D overrider running, do you have any ideas for solving this? thanks in advance.

Look if there is an option called adaptive vsync in the Nvidia control panel, if there is, try it. It doesn't have that problem.
