Hello, i cant remember the name of this game but a played it a few years ago its awsome a 2D fighting game with awsome graphic so its a post 2003 or 2004 but i am not sure it could be earlier. Also i remember that there was a guy who is fighting with a biliard stick and a guy who has a sword with a flat point and has something to do with fire..........

Was it "fighting" as in MK/Street Fighter or as in Double Dragon?
