W10 and resolution of ViewSonic VX2433 WM monitor

So I download W10. I have 2 monitors. 24" LCD &21" LED. The default resolution of 1920-1080 is so blown up I cannot navigate the screen on the LCD monitor. I can't grab any icon . I can get around on the LED but it is smaller and not HD. I prefer to have dual monitors. The new Crimson driver for my HD7950 does the same on W7 to the same monitor. Is it just too old?

Are monitors in extended mode ?

Try an older version of the driver,like version 14.12, and use the overscan/underscan option.Delete this version with DDU.
