can this wirerless pci wmp11 card work on win 7 if so cam u show me where to get the right drivers please beentrying to get for dayts an get the run around

The reason you are having problems is this is a very old card wireless 802.11b standard card which is slower and less secure than current models. Unsurprisingly, makers are unwilling to invest in writing new drivers for what they (and probably most users) would regard as redundant gear.

I would have to recommend that you buy a new one which comes with a Win7 driver.
