I have a fresh install of windows 8.1 and used system file checker and windows found no problems. The computer boots up perfectly fine and I'm using it right now. But when I try to go into advanced boot/startup, it gives me a Logonui.exe error that shows up for a second and restarts. The reason I'm trying to get into it is so that I can disable the driver signature enforcement.
Edit: I should also add that I finished all the windows updates and even tried this but when I run the update it says "The update is not applicable to your computer".
