I ordered a Graphics card from there on the 12th July 2013, delivery was free, Quoted to be here by the 31st of July.
31st of July came and no card or email or any note. I phoned them up and they told me that it had not even left the warehouse in Germany and that I could expect it by the 12th of August.
Phoned back on the 14th of August only to be told that it would not be getting delivered and that they needed to issue a refund for it.
Throughout the whole process nobody contacted me to tell me anything at all. very unhappy with the service I got.
