Wait for Boxing day sales?

So i missed black friday and cyber monday sales and I was hoping to get a new Graphics Card and Power supply at Canada Computers but Ive also found great deals on Amazon that ship them before x-mas at a fair price. I kinda want to get both components before the holidays but I was advised to wait for Boxing day sales to start so I could get them at a cheaper price and would not have to pay for shipping. Should I buy them now or wait?

I don't know that you're going to see too huge of discounts depending on what you're looking for.

A 750ti could probably be found for like $50 with sales, but a GTX 1050TI will probably not drop at all.
I would not imagine a substantial savings on any of the new GTX series cards, they are barely coming down from their release scarcity pricing.
