Waiting on a GPU... Can I run Sim City in the meantime?

Waiting a month or two for my Asus GTX 760 because my build (first in a long time) has gone over budget. In the meantime my buddy is bugging me to get Sim City to play with him while I wait for more demanding games.

My question is this, will I be able to run it? Will I be able to run it well? Well enough to play with him?

My setup:
Intel Core i7-4770K
Asus ROG Maximus VI Hero
Corsair Vengeance (2x8GB) DDR3 1600
Corsair GS800 Power Supply
Corsair H110 Liquid Cooling
Corsair C70 Mid-Tower Case
Fans... So many fans.

https://help.ea.com/uk/article/simcity-system-requirements Yup. Looks like minimum specs on the video card however, so may look abit rough on lowest detail settings, but should work as everything else is well above requirement.
