Wake On Lan

So I've been trying to setup my PC to WakeOnLan with TeamViewer 9, but I seem to not be able to do this. I've followed this and this tutorial but it doesn't seem to work. My router is ADB PRGEA4202N. When I press the wake button on my TeamViewer app it says Waking up... than after a few seconds just disappears and nothing happens. It seems like it transfers the packet (because before it just said Can't reach PC, but after I forwarded router's ports it doesn't show an error or anything) but the PC doesn't react to it.

I'll appreciate any help provided!

Hi Monoc,
Wake on lan only works on lan connection, if you are using a wifi router it wouldnt be functioning as per my knowledge. You can try launching teamviewer as an admin and see if you are able to get it working ...

Well the TeamViewer Manual specifies that I can use a router, I just need to forward the correct ports and indicate my public address in TeamViewer. That is what I'm trying to achieve.
