Wake on LAN

Can an Asus B150M D3 Wake on LAN and if so how do I set it up. I am using an old Wifi Dongle that is attached Via usb to my computer until I get my PCIE Express Wifi Card in the mail, will this change my ability to use WOL?

For WOL to work, the controller has to be connected to the network via an Ethernet cable. You may be able to use your wifi dongle if you configure the BIOS to power up from a USB device and your wifi dongle has a feature similar to a USB keyboard.
