Hello,
I had a new desktop PC since april, fresh installed W10 and it worked fine, until an automatic windows update in june. Since then, the computer seems to have wake up troubles. Every night I make it sleep and the morning after, either it resumes well, or it won't wake up (the LED on the case would keep blinking like it was still sleeping). The only way was to press the power button for 5 second to hard reboot it. I updated every single driver, also disabled wake up by keyboard/mouse/network in the device manager. No luck.
Something else weirder also happened. Instead of sleep, I turn it off every night now. Same symptom: the morning after, sometimes it won't power up at all. And I have to press 5s for hard reboot! If it was hardware related it wouldn't boot at all. So I suspect W10 not correctly shutting it down somewhere... Anybody experienced such a thing? Any idea please?
Thanks in advance.
PS: I strictly have a basic pc: mainboard, skylake pentium, integrated graphics. Bluray drive, SSD, and a Auzentech Xfi Forte. But no other exotic component which could make W10 go crazy though... At least I guess so
