Wallpaper too big for my screen

I found a 1920x1080P wallpaper and my screen is 27 Inch 1920x1080P, so it should fit but the picture itself is too big and I cant see everything, How do I change that!

Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Personalization\Desktop Background
Change Picture position to Stretch
