Apart from the PSU fact that is true, I would like to mention this, are you sure that the RAM is compatible with that motherboard?
You will need them to be DDR3
Also, a good thing would be for your HDD to be 7200RPM, just saying.

Just save up and get a new, complete build. It will ensure maximum performance, comparability, and price/value. Here is my build:

Storm-cooled72 looks great but i realy want an GTX 970 so in my build i change that and so far i heard an I5 is better for gaming so if that is i take the I5 4690K at the other parts i am taking a look so thank you for the reaction

CPU: Intel Core I5 4690K Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: EVGA Z97 FTW ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory
Storage: Crucial MX100 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Video Card: gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 4GB G1 gaming Video Card
Case: NZXT S340 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Antec High Current Gamer 620W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

so what about this build

First of all, gtx 970, ill make it fit. Second, the xeon is basically an i7 without integrated graphics and you can't overclock it. If you are really worried about overclocking, then yes, an I5 is the way to go. Get an unlocked "K" version. But the xeon will blow away most games out there. While streaming. So, xeon=better.

Storm-Cooled, why did you suggest an EVGA Z97 motherboard? EVGA is not known for their motherboards and It's a bit of a risk suggesting it over very reliable Gigabyte, MSI, ASRock and Asus motherboards.

It's better for him to get a slightly cheaper motherboard aswell so he can afford a CPU Cooler.

if there is no one that has another tip for this build in a few days than i than i think that i got the perfect build and if they react later than a couple of days than they are to late

yeah! That will play games great. If you are really worried about cost, and you are only playing lighter titles (titanfall, Bf4, LOL, WOW), then you may want to consider a gtx 960. They area amazing maxwell cards, and actually have a higher clock speed than the gtx 980. The only thing I would suggest is get the one with 4gb of vram. My gtx 660 has only 2, and I run out of Vram sometimes on higher textures.
