Wanna move components around in my case? Or move to a new one?

I need help on if I'm able to unscrew my motherboard and turn some things. I'd like my GPU blowing outward so not a lot of dust collects in it. And it doesn't fit in my slim case. *EDIT*My GPU is a GeForce GTX 750 Ti, my CPU is a Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16GHz, I have 8 GB of ram (4 x 2 GB RAM). Not really sure what else you need.
