want a cheep gtx 970 or r9 390 build

So I want a build that includes one of those cards and the possibility to add another GPU. And the rest of the parts i want as chep as possible whitout bottelnecks and fps dropp. Just a reileboul system.
No hdd is needed since I only need 240 GB ssd

Any comets would be very aprishiated.

Look at the warehouse deals from Amazon. It's open box but Amazon is good with returns if the part honest to god doesn't work. Otherwise, try your luck looking on craigslist or other places for some gently used stuff. Cheap was in the title so I imagined that's your focus.

The only negative is that I live in norway and if I buy from another contra and I get a extra bil from the goverment thats why I Just need normal parts that is good and cheep. Thanks for a god soulotion for everyone exept in my contry and som elsker 🙂

Sorry, I didn't realize the country. I'm not too familiar with the area and hearing back from friends out that way might take a bit (and yield nothing). Try the following link and see if it's helpful. It looks to have similarities to pcpartpicker.com in how it looks for the lowest price. http://www.prisguide.no/produkt/nvidia-geforce-gtx-970-212007 though the reference card still looks to be about 2995. I don't think I would ignore the possibility of a 960, but you know best what parts you want, this is the best I can offer at this time. Hope it helps you someone has better luck helpping!

I would just pickup an FX-6300, decent motherboard, hyper212, and the cheapest GTX 970 you can find. OC the FX chip and it will serve you as well as any I5 in gaming.
