Want replace 2 Dell U2711b monitors with single curved

So I've built a new PC and the only thing I didn't replace was the monitors and keyboard.
My new PC specs
Ryzen 1700X
MSI B350 Tomahawk
MSI GTX 1080 Duke
Corsair 750D Airflow Case
Corsair RM750X PSU
Corsair 16gb ram
Corsair H110i watercooling
Samsung 960 EVO m.2 256GB NVME
Samsung 850 EVO 2.5" 500GB SATA III
Seagate FireCude SSHD 1Tb

Currently I have 2 Dell U2711b monitors but would like to replace with a single 34" to 38" curved monitor.

The current resolution for these monitors is 2560x1440, So I don't want 1080 I would prefer to be 1440 or higher.

1) I can not SLI with this motherboard so replacing with 2 27" 4K monitors is not really a viable option.
2) While I do play games I'm not the hard core gamer. I do have Battlefield 1, Ghost Recon: Wildlands, Rainbox Six: Siege, Call of Duty II: Black Ops, Dragon Age Inquistion and FarCry 1-3

Anyone have experience with any of these?

I just dont think its worth the upgrade until HDR on monitors is more mainstream.
