Want the best bang for the bucks

Want to build a 3d rendering pc. My budget is $1500
M gonna use is for 3ds max and VRay
a 1070 will work for me just fine
now i want a CPU,The more core the better just not the old once
anyone gonna suggest some builds for that?

I basically went for 32GB RAM for rendering, the 1070 you wanted, a Ryzen 7 (8 cores), with some decent, affordable storage. No idea if optical was a thing or not. Assumed windowed case wasn't a thing. Stock CPU cooler. Modular, Gold PSU with headroom. If I was to spec it to what I would like, I would stretch my budget to this:

2700x instead of 2700, 1TB second SSD instead of 2TB HDD, slightly fancier mobo, 3rd party cooler. It will all depend on your needs really.
