Want to build a gaming pc machine budget oriented

Hello guys ,
I hope u all are fine i want some help in building gaming pc budget oriented !

i have currently 1050 $ budget
i am in Pakistan so price are variable!
I am currently interested in gaming at 1080p with smooth 60 fps with non overclocking parts

by that i mean i do not want z series motherboards , k verson cpu and overclocking rams !
I am novice on overclocking so i won't do it!

i am interested in gtx 1060 , 970 or rx 480 , 470 graphics cards! If is there any other card that can bring 1080p 60 fps gaming other then these in cheap prices please do let me know!

Gtx 650 ti 1 gb graphics card
Core i3 2120 3.3 ghz processor
Asus h61me mobo
1 Tb Western Digital Caviar green ( Operating system )
3 Tb Western Digital Caviar green (Gaming movies and other entertainment stuff )
4*2 = 8 gb Kingston ram
Corsair 650 watt powersupply
Lcd hp 1440*900 Monitor

Questions:

1) If i buy a gtx 1060 for my current system of i3 2120 will it bottleneck and how much will it bottleneck?
2) what is better gtx 1060 with core i3 or rx 470-480 with core i5?
3) how much difference is in 1440*900 vs 1920*1080 LED?
4) Is BenQ rl2455HM worth spending 50$ more then BenQ rl2240HE with only 2 inch difference or is there any other difference i am missing tell?
5) Should i spend whole 1050 $ budget right now or just spend 600 $ and then spend 600 $ again after 2 years?
6) how good is this SSD drive corsair le 240gb should i buy or skip it?

i5 and rx 470 or 480 would be the better choice than i3 6100 and gtx 1060 , because the i3 can bottleneck the 1060, i would say spend a little extra and get the 1060 with the i5 if u can.

get the rl2455HM because it has lower response time than the rl2240 E

buy the samsung 850 evo 250 gb or even 120GB will suffice just for OS it will cost less than the corsair one and offers good performance.

As for graphics cards I reccomend RX 470 4gb. Good choice > Performance&Cheap. It is almost on par in performance with RX 480

Try buying a 2 socket server motherboard and server CPUs . Used server CPUs are very powerful and cheap .Try searching on google for server part gaming PCs. Buy the other parts at your choice .
