Thats about as good as it get. With a 75K budget this was something that I could come up with. You may not need the DVD writer. This should give you a rough idea on what to follow when you choose your parts. Since you're only doing gaming the an i5 and 8GB of ram will do just fine.

Same thing with expect you change the GPU to a 970. A 75000 cash is really hard to work with. Just going ATX would cost you about 100000 😀 Try going for micro ATX boards with feature that you need if you want to stay under budget 😀

Your motherboard is incompatable with your processor. You either need to get an LGA 1155 processor and keep the motherboard you have listed or get an LGA 1150 motherboard and keep the processor you have listed.

I would recommend to keep the processor you have listed and get an LGA 1150 H81 which is similar to the motherboard you have listed. But yeah, that's a solid setup for including the GTX 980 at overall low cost.

Whoops. Didn't really read what I was throwing into the list 😛 I'm sorry >.<
