Hi I want to build a gaming pc. i am here in India so would prefer part or seller which are easily available here.
Oh and one more thing money is not a limit. I just want a good system configuration don't care how it will cost
AMD or INTEL Based Both Configuration is welcome

I would prefer a water cooling system. With SSD as Primary and HDD as Secondary Storage
Please comment me the price and details of every thing (Case, cooling, cpu,ram,graphics card,psu,etc).

Watercooling is practically necessary on the lower-performing, higher-power consuming AMD systems, but it's nearly pointless on an Intel system due to how little heat they produce.

My recommended system is something like this:

i7 6700K
Noctua tower heatsink (D14 is a good choice)
ASRock Z170 mATX motherboard
2x 8GB DDR4 2800 or DDR4 3000, no higher than 1.35v (1.25v is better)
240-480GB Samsung 950 M.2 SSD
R9 390 (fast, best value) or GTX980Ti (fastest)
Hard drive of your choice (2-4TB seems to be the sweet spot in terms of value)
600-850w Gold or Platinum-rated power supply
Case of your choice
Windows 10

You can run any single video card on as little as a 550w power supply with the power-sipping i7, but if you might add a second high-end card later, an 850w PSU is probably a good idea.

Sorry, but I have no knowledge of vendors in India.

Pricing changes so much that you will need to do the pricing when you are ready to buy. PCPartPicker can track prices for you but I'm not sure you can limit it to vendors in India.

you have listed very well but the motherboard is capable of only DDR3 memory

I dont think so that after building a good system i will need to over clock it for atleast coming 2 to 3 years


And you quoted a nice system config but how ever in motherboard i will prefer MSI and regarding the CPU i was thinking that
i7 6700k is better or i7-5960X Extreme Edition will be a better choice..?

The 5960X has twice as many cores and is 3x as expensive. Here in the US, only a very tiny fraction of people can afford the 5960X, so I didn't think to recommend it. It IS a faster CPU, overall, but probably won't be any difference in actual use for you. Most games don't make good use of more than 3-4 threads, and while some use up to 6 or 7, and the 6700K can process up to 8. The 5960X can process up to 16, so most of these will go unused when gaming, making it no better than the 6700K in 99.9% of cases.

If you are not planning to overclock, you might consider going with an H170 motherboard and i7 6700 (non-K). You also don't need a massive cooler - the i7 6700 is only 65w and can be cooled with this tiny heatsink:

The 6700K is clocked very slightly higher, but otherwise the extra cost is just to enable overclocking. Likewise with a Z170 motherboard - you're paying extra over an H170 board only to enable overclocking.
