Crucial Ballistix 8GB DDR4 2133Mhz (1x8) (you can upgrade it to 16GB because you have one DIMM slot free)
HDD or SSD not a serious topic you can get a 120GB HDD for 400-500 INR but it's your choice
EVGA 430w Hugely Popular used for gaming builds worldwide
Zotac GTX 1050 Ti 4GB or if you can spend 6-7k more then you can get GTX 1060 GB which is great!
Corsair SPEC-02 costs around 4-5k and great case or you can use corsair 100r both are great and used worldwide

so that's what i recommend you, it's a great pc config and it will play every AAA title available today in high settings in 1080p.also it won't exceed 45000INR unless you decide to upgrade it!
