I am a gamer. I want to play NFS rivals on my pc and I'm thinking of replacing my Nvidia Geforce 210 Graphic card with a newer gtx card. Which graphic card should I buy if I don't want to bottleneck my PC. These are my specifications:

Intel Core i3 2100 3.1 GHz Processor
Asus P8H61-M LX Motherboard
1x4GB DDR3 Ram with one slot free
450 W Power Supply.

Can I buy a graphic card which requires 450 W power supply or should I buy a 400 or a 350 W Graphic Card?

you asked for a card that wont bottleneck your cpu.and there you have it. :)
now 8 gb of ram is optimal for gaming most games require 4 now days.
your build is ok.now if you needed more horsepower you can tell us what your budget is so we can suggest something better.
we suggested this gpu because of the 65 watt power consumption so it can play on your psu and it packs good performance.

yes no problem with gpu motherboard.backwards compatible and not much difference.with a 750 ti you will not lose any performance.
not much you can upgrade and see performance in that budget range. stick with a 750 ti and an second 4 gb of ram.
get the same one so you do not have incompatibilities.
