Want to copy videos and need help/info.......Plezzzz help !!!

hi was wondering if anyone knows of any free programs i could download for copying videos (from a sight i have payed for)........i got a new PC. i use to have one on my old PC that when a video started a little box would open up and if i want to copy the video i'd click it and it would download.........

any info would be greatly appreciated
