How can I increase my fps in games like NFS Rivals, Battlefield 4, etc. without changing any components of my system :-

1. I3 530 2.93Ghz
2. 4 GB DDR3 1333 Mhz RAM
3. R7 250 2 GB DDR3
4. 1366x768 Res. monitor

By any software, tweak or some other stuff.

Don't bother, Gamebooster is the kind of stuff you don't want cluttering up your PC. A better solution would be to learn to keep your PC clean and organized.

Now to answer your main question:

First things first. Open up your PC and look inside. Is there a lot of dust clogging up everything? Bad temps can negatively impact performance so making sure all your fans can actually spin properly would be a good first step. (Note: if you do find a lot of dust build up, please search this forum or google so you can clean it up properly. There are a lot of things you can break in there. Attempting to clean it with a vacuum cleaner for example...
Background software and memory optimizations are most of the time useless, unless your system is completely overwhelmed by workload, and even then you gain only insignificant speedups.

If you don't/can't obtain more performant hardware, your only option is lowering graphical settings, starting by resolution and raw texture detail, passing by advanced effects (SSAO, Post Processing, Motion Blur, Bloom, Depth of Field, Volumetric effects, Dynamic Lighting, hardware specific AA technologies), all the way down to basic ones (extra detail settings, hardware locked solutions like Physx, basic MSAA and Anisotropy Filter, using DX9 libraries where possible).

Also, a couple side notes you (or many) may or may not agree with:
- If you value graphics over anything else in a game, you're never going to be happy; you can only find true realism in real life, unfortunately 😉
- Maxing out every possible detail in a game doesn't ensure you will have fun with it.

Let's put it another way then :)
Let's say that, with your current hardware, you're maxing out a game at 1080p and you're getting 25~30 FPS.

Without changing hardware to something more performant or without lowering graphical settings, using GameBooster will (at best and IMO) improve the situation by 0~5 frames, depending on the game and on how heavy it is on your hardware, while still not being a permanent improvement (you might gain some FPS in certain parts of the game, but none in many others).

The only good software solutions do is freeing up some RAM and slightly decreasing CPU load by closing down background processes, but the gain you get is relatively insignificant.

Completely agree with Vynavill here, GameBooster is mostly placebo... it gave me ~1FPS, if I was lucky lol and I found it to just cause more issues in that it didn't always restore my default settings once I had ended a game.

Second: how many hard drives are in your PC? Do you have a dedicated hard drive for your system? Regardless of whether you have one or not, how long has it been since you formatted and reinstalled Windows? If you have a lot of junk on your hard drive with a bunch of useless programs clogging up the OS its often a good idea to save the things you really want to keep (maybe pictures, movies, game saves, work stuff, etc), format the system hard drive and do a fresh install of Windows.

You might already know some of this, I'm not trying to be patronizing, you just seem very inexperienced with PCs. If I'm correct don't do anything rash, take your time to ask questions and do research.
