Want to open animation institute

Hello,

I want to start an animation Institute in Kolkata. I would like to know two things:-
1)The requirements for starting an animation institute. I am not willing to take franchisee from any leading institutions! Rather I want to start with a new name.
2) What are the things required to link up with production houses (Rhythm and hues /Prime Focus) so that they send us the Placement letters whenever there is one!
