want to restore my computer to a date not shown in restore points

I lost my webcam and have tried to download through different software but to no aval. I want to restore it to a week ago when i had the webcam but the date is not showing in the restore points. how can I manually add a date to restore to.

You would have to invent a time machine and go back to that date and create a restore point. You can only to restore to a date that a restore point was made if one wasn't made it wont be an option.
