CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900x
GPU: Rtx 2060 6gb
Cooler: NZXT kraken z73 (i think this is it , its white with 3 fans)
PSU: reddragon 80+ gold 850watt

Also is there a big differnece between ddr4 and 5? should i get 32gb of ddr5 instead too?

You're advised to stylize your thread/opening post wioth info asked on in this thread;
for the community to make worthwhile suggestions.

Ram: 24gb Gskill DDR4: Crucial Technolgoy DDR4
Can you elaborate on this? The Ryzen platform liked a 2x dual channel ram kit config with DDR4-3200MHz/DDR4-3600MHz so that would be one avenue to unlock your platforms potential.

PSU: reddragon 80+ gold 850watt
How old is this unit and what is the model of the unit? As it stands you've mentioned the advertised wattage of the unit alongside the brand and 80+ efficiency rating.

To upgrade to DDR5 you would need new CPU and MB so that would be whole new system.
I appears you have some mixed RAM which is not optimal. It would be much better to switch to 2x16GB 3600MHz kit.
That way you would have very decent system to upgrade GPU. See if you can grab a Nvidia 4070 super or AMD Rx 7800xtx. At present nothing better is needed.
