Want to upgrade Inspiron 1535 with i3 processor & SSD

I have a Inspiron 1525, Intel Core 2 Duo T5450, 1.66GHz, 667Mhz 2M L2 Cache (223-4966), I just want to upgrade this Laptop with i5 processor & SSD drive, can I do that or I need to go for new laptop?

SSD is easy enough, but you cant upgrade the CPU, you will need to go for a new laptop.
