Want to upgrade my cpu and gpu for gaming

I want to upgrade my cpu and gpu for gaming and i found gtx 960 and i3 4150 as my upgrade.

Will i able to play assassin's creed unity and ryse son of rome like games on ultra settings at 1366×768.

How many fps i will get while playing these games.. Also i want to know which brand of gtx 960 should i buy, i m confuse in between these three (asus strix gtx 960 OC DU ll, Zotac gtx 960 and zotac's amp edition )

Which performs better and which has better overclock potential, i really want to overclock it....

My rest of spec

Ram 8gb (2×4gb) 1600mhz
Seasonic 430W S12ll series 80+bronze psu
Gigabyte h81m cs mobo...

But my res is 1366 ×768, so i dont thinks so an i3 for acu on this res is bad...

The graphics card is happier with low res. The CPU doesn't care.

maybe medium-high on ac unity on that resolution. that game is very demanding.

The i3 is 2 core, 4 threads. The game might need 4 cores.
