Want to upgrade my Graphics Card to play old games (<2011).

Hey! I am thinking to upgrade my Graphics Card to play old games like Mafia 2, GTA 4 and other games at High Settings. For new games, I have a PS4. So I don't even want to bother about them. Now, I am free for a while and I would want to play games which I missed back then. Could any of you suggest me a good Graphics Card which can play the above mentioned games at High Settings? Only for the games which were released before 2011.

I would also like to know if these can handle Mafia 2 at High Settings with decent fps:
SAPPHIRE HD 6670 2GB DDR3 and Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R7 250 with Boost R7 250 1GB DDR5 1 GB DDR5.

If there is any better one at the same price, then feel free to suggest me.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7500 @ 2.93GHz
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 520
Memory: 4.1 GB (DDR2)
OS: Windows 7.

Budget: Rs. 7500 (INR)

Grab a 750 ti, the best one you can. It will beast through older games You won't need a new psu, it's very power efficient.
