I want to upgrade to a new cpu since I'm having performance issues when I try to stream. I was thinking of selling my old pc to my girlfriend to help fund my new build.

I want to give her a fair price so I am curious what value my current setup would be in Canadian dollars.

Cpu: i7 3770k OC'd to 4.5ghz
Cooler: Corsair H100i
Storage: Team Group - L5 LITE 3D 1 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive
mobo: Asus Sabertooth z77
Memory: Mushkin Blackline 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-2400
Gpu: Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11 GB AORUS Xtreme Edition 11G Video Card
Case: Antec Darkfleet 85 Full tower
Psu: Seasonic 850w + platinum

do you plan on taking any parts out of the PC to put in your new build? unless she is a gamer i don't think she would waste the money getting an ex expensive PC with a 1TB SSD and a 1080 GPU in it

She is a gamer she plays a lot of Valve games and Overwatch but wants to expand into more games.
She's currently using a gaming laptop that doesn't run the newer stuff. i5 + 960m

I am not taking any parts out of this build except the asus xonar essence stx sound card so I didn't include it in the list.

This IS your girlfriend, right? How badly do you want to keep the peace?

LOL, well I was hoping enough to cover at least a quarter of my new build. XD
1200 is what I was thinking since it's what she wanted to spend on a pre-built that has some inferior parts to my current machine aside from processor as I know the i7-3770k is getting long in the tooth.

But I am really unsure of what kind of value older parts have and don't want to rip her off but give a fair value. I bought my gpu during the shortage for 1600$ canadian so I'm gonna be taking a loss anyway.
