want to watch tv from my phone on my tv

i want to find a way or what kind of equipment i neee to hook my phone up to my tv or dvd player so i can warch tv from my phone on my tv, can you help?

If you look up your phone model in a web search, it will tell you if it has a video output. Several smartphones have HDMI outputs or possibly some other video out capabiliy.
