Wanted a CPU: Prize = 100-175$

Hi, sorry for my english, but i'm italian;

I'm asking you help cause I know more things on Intel CPUs than AMD.
Anyway i'm looking for a good AMD CPU ranging from 100 to 175$ with 8 cores; I don't really care if it is the latest cpu or not, the only thing I care about is some headroom for some future upgrades; here it is the parts list i'd like to use for my build: https://it.pcpartpicker.com/list/9BGdf8 .

Obviously i'm asking you help to find a MOBO, too 😉

An old AMD 8 core simply isn't worth buying. An Intel i5 would be more powerful.

A new AMD 8 core would cost too much.

You're not going to find a good AMD cpu for that price, it's either Ryzen or bust with AMD right now. The FX 8350 has been obsolete for years now, you're much better off with an i5.

Yeah with that budget you're in Intel pentium territory, or wait a few more weeks or so for a Ryzen 3/5

Just remember you'll need a new motherboard, and DDR 4 with the new Ryzen CPU.
