Wanting a system build

I would like to know if anybody could put together a system build with 16gb of ram a amd fx 8350 and an msi r9 390 i have no equipment so i would need os disc moniter keyboard/mouse and headphones with mic i would like a red colour scheme and i live in ireland i have a budget of about 1230 euro i would also be using wifi not ethernet
