I am currently trying to find parts to fit into my total budget of ~£850. So far I have created this PcPartPicker list: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/Desetude/saved/#view=rV9kcf. I am wanting advice on what motherboard I should get and also other advice would be useful.

I am not going to be overclocking.

I am currently looking at the 'MSI B150A Gaming Pro Motherboard' I haven't been looking for long and am not sure if that motherboard has any downsides for what I need to do.

Your links not working, but here's one suggestion for your budget:

I am not creating a small form factor PC so I believe that GPU would be better swapped out for a Windforce Gigabyte GTX 970. Also I believe after July this year, Windows 7 and 8 will not be able to upgrade to windows 10 anymore so I think also it'd be better if I was to buy Windows 10, then I'd be able to use it for Windows 10 in the future.

Correct me if I'm wrong for any of this.

I think I may go with this. It is a little over budget but looks good!
Just want to check there's no incompatibilities with anything in there.
Also, is a cooler like the 212 EVO needed for the i5 6500?

i would change the storage for the Western Digital blue or black put thats my opinion
