Wanting to build a gaming computer that will support dual monitors. Help!!

I want to build a gaming computer thats not ridiculously expensive but also will be able to upgrade in the future when new things come out and I get more Experienced. Also what monitors would be recommended?

There are lots of options when it comes to monitors. And I mean lots. I like the VX228H. It has a good response time and it has a competitive price. However there are obviously way more options than just that. I am not sure as to what your actual budget is for this rig. $500-$800 or $1000-$1200?
