Question Wanting to upgrade but don't know what to get

Hi! So I'm interested to upgrade my build but I don't know what to aim for. I'm a competitive gamer so smooth frame rate on 144hz is the goal.
Please offer some affordable parts.

MB: MSI | Z370 sli plus
RAM: Kingston | 16GB ( 2 x 8GB) HyperX Fury, DDR4 3200MHz CL16
Storage: 1x 500GB - , 1x 1TB 860 EVO sata ssd
PS: Cooler Master | 700W MasterWatt Lite
Case: Fractal Design | Focus G, ATX case
Monitor1: BenQ | XL4211P 144hz

what game are you having issue with?

Right now I'm into Apex legends a lot but sometimes like to go back and have some fun in battlefield 5. It's more of a problem with games with huge maps or there are just a lot of stuff to render. Right now I can't afford to upgrade everything at once but I could use around 600 euros
( 700 usd ~ ) to upgrade for now.

It could be the new season launch on steam and the new map maybe isn't optimized that well but sometimes I'm getting frame drops that it doesn't feel smooth.
