Wanting to Upgrade

Right now I Currently have a i5-4690k, GTX 980 TI Golden Edition, 16gb ddr3 RAM, and a MSI GAMING 5 motherboard. I am wanting to upgrade cpu to the LGA1151 sockets, I know in order for me to upgrade i will have to get new RAM, CPU, and Motherboard to get the CPU I want, The CPU i want is a i7-8700k, and i dont want to upgrade my GPU i want to keep my 980 TI, and my question is, will my MSI 980 TI 6GB Golden Edition be bottlenecked by the i7-8700k. and will i see a big difference in gaming performance by upgrading to the i7-8700k and keeping my 980 ti

i7-8700k to bottleneck 980Ti ??? Never !!! But on the other hand i5-4690k is a good match for 980Ti and you would not get much more out of 8700K considering all the changes you must make.
