I may not have posted this in the right place, but if you can help me I would appreciate it. I have a windows 10 computer. The sound is warbled, not severely but definitely not clean. Most instruments sound fine on music videos, but the voices are quiet and warbled.
The problem continues exactly the same. Do I have a bad mobo? CPU? RAM? or is the PSU not providing enough power or something? I am stumped.

- I have tried 3 different audio interfaces, internal and external.
- I have tried new speakers.
- I have installed a new SSD with a clean version of Windows.
