WARNING: A problem with the hard drive has been detected. This message always pops up when I boot up the PC. The error is coming only from the HDD and not the SSD.

How do I fix this issue, or how do I stop this message from popping up?

Solution
Is the HDD your primary boot disk? I'm assuming it is.

Open the case and make sure the cables are seated well. Next thing to do it an extended hard drive test on it to make sure it is not bad. I use WD Lifeguard program but there are many others out there that will do the same job.
